- Our original collages are hand made especially for you. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on any made-to-order products. Once placed, your order cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement. We will not accept item returns without prior authorization.
